Returns & Exchanges
Every Desi Espresso piece is made to order and handcrafted from carefully sourced pre-loved textiles. Because each garment is created specifically for you, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
We encourage you to review the size guide carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, we're always happy to help before you purchase.
Alterations:
If you're located in the Delhi NCR region, we're happy to assist with minor alterations whenever possible. Simply reach out to us at brew@desiespresso.com, and we'll do our best to help.
For customers outside Delhi, alterations are not currently available.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at brew@desiespresso.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping
Every Desi Espresso piece is made to order and handcrafted in India. Please allow 15–20 business days for production and shipping before your order arrives.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.
Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on your destination and local customs processing.
Garment Care
To help preserve the beauty of your garment for years to come, we recommend:
- Hand wash only in cold water
- Air dry only
- Do not tumble dry
- Iron on a low setting if needed
- Avoid bleach or harsh detergents
